Refund Policy — Affirmly
Last Updated: 2026-10-24 · Effective Date: 2026-10-24
What can be purchased
Affirmly starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, access continues with a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. There are no other purchases and no ads.
If you do not want to be charged, cancel before the trial ends — you will not be billed.
How to cancel
- Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Affirmly → Cancel.
- App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Affirmly → Cancel Subscription.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Who processes refunds
We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Subscriptions are billed by the store you subscribed through, and refunds follow that store's policy.

EU, UK and other statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases, which can lapse once you start using the content — the store will tell you at purchase. Nothing in this policy limits a statutory right you have under your local consumer law.
If something is broken
If your subscription is not recognised or a feature does not work, contact us first at [email protected] with your device model and OS version — we can usually fix entitlement issues quickly. You can also use Restore Purchases in the App while signed into the same store account.
